Cell Sites Acquisition

-Identify suitable land.
-Obtain information on accessibility to the site with maps and drawings.
-Document collection and verification with revenue authorities for ownership.
-Verification of title and mother deed, Tax dues and other liabilities.
-The documents are then given to a local senior advocate of standing, who after careful
scrutiny issues a due diligence report. -Our representatives and lawyers are made available till the deed is registered in the name of our company or the operator, as the case may be.

Civil Infrastructure

-We will prepare Designs of foundations as per the customer’s requirement and site conditions. We have our own dedicated structural designing team. STAMBH have their own software to design all structural drawings for tower / shelter / DG / AC foundations.
-We will have our own team for investigation of soil baring capacity for tower foundation designing.
